Comprend, Agency of the Year

Earlier in June, Comprend was named Agency of the Year in the first ever H&H Group Awards.

Agency of the Year is an overall assessment of several factors, including development and growth, culture, and profitability – a combined outstanding effort! The sole judge of this award is the H&H Group CEO Martin Petersson, who motivated the decision as follows:

'In a market characterised by rapid development and fierce competition for the best talent, this year's agency of the year has succeeded in growing in a way that has left no one untouched. A courageous choice to transform the management philosophy throughout the organisation, together with a common manifesto of an equal and inclusive company characterised by diversity, puts the agency at the forefront.

The agency became the most profitable company in the group and also the largest! The annual growth rate during the year was, at its highest, close to 50%! Keep up this strong effort in your continued work towards new heights.'

We are incredibly proud of this award and aim to claim it next year too.

Rookie of the year

There were three more categories included in  the H&H Group Awards: Rookie, Client Achievement and Sustainability Achievement of the Year. Our own Zuhra Khaliqi was one of the finalists for Rookie of the Year, but was defeated by Gustav Svensson at Creo.
