We’re happy to announce that H&H Group, our parent company, has acquired Creo Media Group, the leader in Sweden in strategic video communications.
With more than 25 employees, Creo works with companies, authorities and organisations in Sweden and also globally. They help clients all the way from the original idea to the production and distribution of video. Creo creates films, interviews and live broadcasts for all types of devices as well as providing media training and strategies. They also have their own advanced video distribution platform.
Creo’s client list includes many of the largest and most reputable global and Swedish companies. One example is Scania, for which Creo recently produced a unique live broadcast with 55,000 live viewers, in connection with the high-profile global launch of its completely new truck generation.
At Comprend we see the potential of great value being created for our clients. Video is getting ever more important in companies’ digital communications. It can support and give life to their brand messages, and can also help to present advanced models in a way that is more compelling and easier to digest.
With this acquisition, H&H Group sales total almost 400 million SEK, and there are close to 250 employees. The partner-owned group now consists of six wholly owned communication agencies: Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, Comprend, Jung, Creo, Springtime and Involve.
