We're especially looking forward to listen to our client Johan Kristiansson, who is responsible for digital marketing and digitalising customer touchpoints at Ericsson. Johan will share the story of how Ericsson works to unify digital marketing, their public website, and their extranet in order to create a new digital front-end for their customers. Johan is currently implementing Ericsson's vision - "Quest for easy" - across all digital touchpoints in order to support the current drive to sell 5G systems to telecom operators in 180 countries.
